DESIGN

Killigrew King offer a design service, as part of a construction package or as a stand-alone service. Our clients can be as closely involved in developing the project as they wish. We obtain planning, listed building and any other necessary consents. Our Architectural Designer has considerable experience in designing and presenting planning applications with a particular strength in designing within the confines of existing buildings to maximise useful space.

Our experience suggests that design and craftsmanship are best thought through together. We have developed practical knowledge through working with our own craftsmen over many years and often work closely with our clients’ nominated Architects and Designers.

BUILD

We specialise in high quality, high-finish residential refurbishments, renovations, basements and extensions. We take projects through from the initial planning stages to a completed project. We specialise in working within the confines of an existing building or space and take care to establish a good relationship with neighbours. In apartment blocks, we ensure we have good working arrangements with resident staff and managing agents.

MAINTAIN

Killigrew King can provide a comprehensive maintenance service for houses and flats, whether they have been refurbished by us or not. We draw up a maintenance schedule designed specifically for each property and its owner’s requirements; this allows us to carry out maintenance work, with minimum disruption, at regular intervals. Many of our clients like us to schedule work for times when they are away.

We can also attend, at reasonably short notice, to breakdowns, leaks and repairs.

SPECIALIST SERVICES

We have a workforce of highly skilled and committed directly employed tradesmen. We maintain an excellent working relationship with a number of specialists, whose craftsmen are known to us. This provides security and peace of mind for our clients.
